What MotoVet provides
MotoVet is a motorcycle intelligence service from TLG Solutions Ltd. We analyse DVSA MOT History and DVLA Vehicle Enquiry data to provide factual vehicle information and advisory analysis for UK motorcycles.
MotoVet is not a physical inspection, warranty, finance check, stolen vehicle check, insurance write-off check, or substitute for advice from a qualified mechanic.
Prices and plans
- A single MotoVet report costs £4.99.
- The monthly plan costs £14.99 per month and includes 3 reports plus chat.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel through Stripe before the next billing date and keep access until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds and guarantee claims
We offer a voluntary 7-day no-questions refund policy for single report purchases and first monthly-plan payments. This refund policy sits alongside, and does not limit, any legal rights you have.
The Data Guarantee applies to factual data sourced from DVSA and DVLA records. It is capped at £5,000 per valid claim, limited to one active claim per report, and applies only to direct financial loss caused by an error in our processing or display of those government records.
Instant digital delivery and cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37 allows instant supply of digital content where you give express consent and acknowledge that delivery starts immediately.
At checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate report delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Data and analysis limits
Factual data is sourced from government records. AI-generated analysis, including health scores, cost forecasts, defect pattern analysis, recommendations, and chat responses, is advisory only and may be wrong or incomplete.
