MotoVet is the product brand. TLG Solutions Ltd is the legal data controller for personal data processed by the MotoVet service.

Vehicle data and lawful basis
We process motorcycle registration numbers, vehicle details, MOT results, odometer readings, defects, advisories, tax status, and MOT status from official UK government sources. Our lawful basis for vehicle data is legitimate interests, namely helping motorcycle buyers understand public vehicle history and reliability information before a purchase.
We use DVSA MOT History records and DVLA Vehicle Enquiry records. We do not receive keeper details and we do not sell personal data.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data where those rights apply. Email [email protected] and we will respond in line with UK GDPR requirements.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
